Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended—but we always aim to ship as fast as possible.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Priority Shipping (1–2 business days)

 


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 


 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (U.S. only).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delays & Issues

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. While delays are rare, they can occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

 


 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll make it right.
