Wholesale FAQ
What's the minimum order?
Minimums depend on the product and pack format. Pallet quantities of 40lb bags are typically the smallest wholesale tier; smaller commercial operations can also request a quote for case-quantity pricing on retail formats. Tell us about your operation and we'll quote what makes sense.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently US-only. Fertilizer products face complex international shipping regulations (customs, agricultural import rules) that vary heavily by country. We're focused on serving North American growers well rather than spreading thin.
Are products OMRI / NOP compliant?
Many of our inputs are formulated with OMRI-listed and NOP-compliant ingredients. Compliance varies by specific product — we provide documentation per SKU on request when you place a wholesale order. Ask in your inquiry which certifications matter for your operation.
What payment terms do you offer?
First wholesale order: standard payment terms (credit card, ACH, or wire). Net-30 invoicing extended after the first successful transaction. Annual contract pricing available for committed accounts.
Can you private-label for our brand?
Possible at qualifying volumes. Private-label requires a minimum commitment per SKU and lead time for label printing. Tell us your volume estimate and target launch and we'll quote feasibility.
How are biological products kept alive in transit?
Our microbial inoculants are formulated to be shelf-stable and survive standard freight transit, including ambient temperature swings. We don't ship cold-chain — the strains are selected specifically for resilience. Once received, store cool and dry; once activated in water, use within 4 hours.
