Foliar or soil — which is better?

Both. Soil drench feeds the biology. Foliar is faster — hormones absorb in hours and push growth that day.

Can I use it during flower?

Yes through early flower. Stop at week 4–5 of bloom — kelp hormones can extend cycles past where you want them.

Does it work without microbes?

It works, but it works far better with an active microbial foundation. Kelp is fungal food before it's anything else.

How often?

Weekly. Don't push past 2× per week — more is not better with hormonal inputs.
